Klangproben erweitern die Audio-Suche

Bei Search Engine Land bin ich auf einen Artikel im Yahoo! Search Blog aufmerksam geworden. Dort wird über ein neues Feature der Audio-Suche berichtet. Zu den Ergebnissen einer Suche wird ab sofort ein kleiner Button hinzugefügt, der bei Klick eine Klangprobe des Treffers innerhalb der Ergebnisliste abspielt.

Auch in der deutschen Version von Yahoo! gibt es diese Buttons, nur wird hier der vom Nutzer eingestellte Audio-Player gestartet und das entsprechende Sample abgespielt. Außerdem gibt es noch große Unterschiede zwischen der deutschen und der englischen Version. Die Suche nach “thank you for the music” ergibt auf Deutsch das folgende Bild:

Zum Vergleich Yahoo.com, was meiner Meinung nach das Gesuchte besser trifft. Aber vielleicht empfinde nur ich das so:
