Einbindung von Google Maps

Nachdem ich gestern ja einen Artikel über Yahoo! geschrieben habe, lege ich heute mal etwas vom Marktführer nach. Dank Google ist es nämlich seit heute möglich, die gleichnamigen Maps noch einfacher auf der eigenen Website oder Blog zu integrieren. Weder fundierte Programmierkenntnisse noch ein Maps API Key werden benötigt, um die Karte erscheinen zu lasssen.

Einfach auf Google Maps gehen, den gewünschten Kartenausschnitt wählen und dann auf den Link “URL zu dieser Seite” klicken. Daraufhin öffnet sich ein kleines Fenster, das (wie bei YouTube) neben dem Feld für einen einfachen Link jetzt noch ein zweites Feld mit HTML-Code zum Einbetten auf der eigenen Website enthält.

Dieser Eintrag ist übrigens wie immer nur echt mit dem Logo des hier beschriebenen Unternehmens. Vielleicht bekomme ich ja auch mal Post von Google …
